Suggest good computer speaker under 4k

im think i got almost what i could with my present set of speaker and now gonna get new one my budget is 4k which is the best speaker for this much? im looking at creative and altec lansing speakers presently which should i go for?

creative and altec both are good better looking are altec lansing speaker but creative will be more sturdy also creative come with one year warranty dont know about altec. about sound quality both are mostly the same having a good sound card will help you more than speakers but ofcourse if ur speakers r real shitty it wont.

for 2.1 Altec Lansing ATP3 ! The best 2.1 for arnd 3k or for 5.1 get the Altec Lansing 251 which scores over the creative inspire 5.1. The price of 251 shud be arnd 4.3k-4.5k.

I suggest to go for PERX. Its superb sound quality matches with price. Starting model will cost U around Rs.1200. To go for expensive ones check out DBL pro speakers.
